You can make your original Countdown Poster.
Plz make your texture & Use it for this item.
Copy / Mod (script is not) / No trans
3LI (Min size ~ 64m : all size 3LI)
See item in Second LifeUmm... Count down counts to... Something other than what it's being set.
So I rezzed one, set it up. It seems to work beautifully. I changed textures and customized it, and the numbers vanish. I realized that for whatever reason, the texture turned into "alpha blending" mode. (I've noticed this happening sometimes even on unscripted walls but if you've got an alpha blended image, maybe the digits vanish.) Turning the image back to "none" in blending, the board shows the digits normally.
All looks fabulous, right? Next day, I take a sift-drag copy of the board and set it to the appropriate time... And I figure, wait a second... Those times don't match. Must have set it incorrectly. Try again, the same thing happens. A somewhat random reading. It eventually dawned on me: it resets the time from the moment you rezz the board, so you'll have to rezz a new copy for every piece, which means taking up the customized copy, then rezzing again it is necessary. It seems to work properly now.
Also, it allows you to change the color and position of the digits as you want ("edit linked")... And that's cool as.
great item
Very easy to set time. instruction in japan but not need. just touch and follow menu. can edit linked make any shape is great product very fair price. highly recommend
Useful for designers with events
Easy to set! I'm using it to track how many days and hours I have left to set a new release for an event.
Really great countdown timer - very customizable!
I needed a countdown timer with days as well as hours and this one is perfect - I used the [Event] version of the timer as a base and could add my own texture as a background to be used on a poster. Very simple and easy to use, no directions needed at all - just click and the menu explains all. Have only played with the [Event] version so I can't comment on the other types included but the [Event] version is great and I would super highly recommend this!
