The S2 Container Home A is a building based on a real life container home in Nigeria, constructed using 6 full size shipping containers. This building is up to scale with many SL trailers and containers making it conveniently small for small parcels, however, can be resized if needed. Building is self contained and does not need a rezzer.
The building has 2 levels, 5 rooms, one balcony and one rear porch. Exterior floors in pictures are decorative (not included), made to be used with any exterior layout.
The build includes scripted S2 Pro Doors and S2 Pro Lights , all managed by an easy to use central HD Access Control. Building already comes set to Group, you only need to set the active group and done, all doors and lights will be secured. Access can also be managed by name list if needed. Doors are customizable and has sounds. Lights has Sounds and are projectors. All working elements are distance limited for realism and added security.
This is a 100% mesh build with baked textures.
All textures are Materials Enabled (better enjoyed with advanced lights models on and shadows on), all original mesh and scripts. Textures, scripts and mesh models are optimized for Second Life, making it low lag and low prim. Custom colission shapes all around, making it plausible to rez with confidence anywhere in the building.
Building elements are customizable. All walls can be changed colors as needed except the black surfaces outside, they are black. Elements can be moved or removed.
Building is API enabled, and many add-ons can be used for the lights. You can also create your own add-ons for it.
Building is CasperLet compatible. Pair it to a Casper Let box/rental unit, and tenants/subtenants will be added and removed automaticly to the building access control for the duration of the rental. Tenants will be able to use all doors and lights while the rent is active, and locked out when done.

Comfortable and roomy modern house.
Luxurious and very comfortable house with 2 bedrooms, living room, space for a large kitchen and a small room for a bathroom. There is also a large balcony. Good texture and small landimpact. The house fits into a 16x16 land area without any problems. I have not seen a more comfortable and roomy house with all the necessary rooms in these parameters in the SL.
