This is an update to the very popular 2.0 Retractable Awning with all the features everyone wanted plus a brand new detailed mesh.
Included on the pack you find 3 sizes of Awnings: Regular, Wide and Large. They are fully resizable and made to look perfect on any use needed.
Awning is truly animated, will extend and retract smoothly and easily with a touch. Access Setting enabled (Owner, Group or Everyone), to have full control over who uses the awning.
Includes various popular color presets, plus a custom color input that allows you to set any color wanted.
It is no modify, but with the advanced resize, custom color input, and all the features included, you wont need it to be modify, we made sure of that!
The awnings are 100% Mesh, and 2 to 3 prims each. Less prims than the previous version, with triple the detail!

Its resizable, script included. So you can customise it to suit your needs. I cant imagine my patio without this thing.

I was a little hesitant to purchase these awnings because they are no mod.However, the item is scripted to adjust size, custom or pre set colours and access privacy making it work in nearly any situation. You can't add a custom cloth texture, but the awnings are detailed in appearance and work very well. Thank you!
