The S2 Small Airport / Port tower is a smart solution for any airport, port or marina. Its really compact and low prim, so you don't have to worry about the impact. Just put it anywhere; on the ground, over a building, you name it.
You can also remove the radar, antennas and lights and have a surveillance tower or watch tower.

Default textures are too smooth, but gladly it's fully mod. I could retexture it with no UV Map, just regular textures and it looks awesome. Oh, also you can resize! It's all one linked piece. The beacon light on it is very useful. I use it as port control tower
