Back after several years of procuring steady supplies of raw materials, Sovereign Arms brings you the newly manufactured M4 Carbine. Sovereign Arms has finally opened up as it's own weapons manufacturer.
The first of SA's manufacturing batch includes the M4 Carbine, a battletested design from countless conflicts grid wide.. This rifle boasts many upgrades compared to its almost 10 year old product line.
Three different sighting options come standard, along with four attachments for the barrel area. There is also a standard capacity and high capacity magazine included with this loadout.
Due to an overstock of polymer weapon cases, now a gun case is included along with purchase of this rifle as well as a HUD attachment that can be used to toggle through attachments and whether the firearm is holstered or not.

This firearm is designed for use in LL damage combat zones or standing around and looking pretty.
Its compatibility with combat meters and combat systems is unknown at this time.
The land Impact is somewhere around 30Li. Some can probably put out as a display, some probably not.
The models for this offering should be mod/copy while the internals should be just copy permissions.(Except for the instruction manuals and help guides.)
