SA - S61R Pelican Version 1.0

Finally there's a full-fledged weather simulator in SL...rain, wind, ice, clouds, low visibility, no visibility....can't recommend highly enough. It's probably much easier said than done, but I wish they'd make the weather feature an add-on for the H160 and other models.

This one was with the CH-47, one of the two helicopters I looked and tried demo before buy my first Shergood.
I did choose the CH-47, as it was easier to me to control.
But after some time, and many other Shergood helicopters tried and bought, I finally bought this one. Wow, it is a Masterpiece, really the most advanced helicopter of all SL I think (I was already very stunned by the S-58). This one have really all. After first rez, first manual start up, and shut down, I decided to fly a bit, with default settings (weather, failures and all). I didnt checked the windsock... it was really a hurricane there, but the helicopter was very stable (I used autohover too...). Then I went fly only to land on water and anchor. It seems I did something wrong, as once on water even qstop or qstart never worked before I did pass by cheat menu...(no warning at all) I have still a lot to learn on this one. Thank you. The only bad point I can find is thatwhen it was still 0.00 HOBBS, the Gear warning light was already burnt. Should I ask for a refund or remove a star for that? ;-)

Nonsense here! It's quite simple, nothing more realistic and worked than a Shergood helicopter.
So many buttons, gauges, working indicators... you'll start to wonder if it makes coffee too!

For this S61R Pelican, it's an awesome build with everything inside to spend several hours as a medic, transporter, etc.

Want to fly without worrying about procedures? the Fast Start option is made for you!
Want to roleplay and start like a real one? Do like me, and fire up your two engines like a true amateur!
You will even smell the burning smoke in the cabin trying to see through the glass completely covered in ice caused by the included weather system, a real pleasure of realism.
(I'm actually in love with this weather system).

More seriously, of course I recommend this vehicle 100%, for a very fair price given the work done on this machine.

In less than a week I bought three helicopters from this store and I will probably buy other models in the future, it's surreal, challenging, incredible. I became a fan!

This is now the 3rd SA Helo I've purchased, the first being the Chinook and then the Airbus H160. I love the realism and learning curve for these helos and, even in novice mode, they're challenging and fun! My first time with the S61, I HAD to see how it handled when landed on the water and I floated it! Love how it bobs on the waves and floats with the movement of the water. I was then able to take off and go back to shore. Keep up the great work, Kelly!! I'll be waiting for the next one....do you take requests? Thanks for your great work!!!

I can't believe how much detail this aircraft has... I couldn't ask for a better one to buy than this one. I wasn't expecting it to be this intricate but it's exactly what I was looking for! :P
