This kit contains Tropical theme prefab landscaping items. You DON'T have to build them, only rez and place! These are to be used on water/beach parcels only UNLESS you know how to modify. Then you can mod it and use it inland as well. For help with that, please feel free to contact us.
The kit contains privacy/offsim "sides", 2 Tropical plants, two prefab items that you need to see to appreciate. There are 3 plain 'walls' so that you may add more privacy up your parcel line. Another wall with a small water feature on it. An extra Tropical plant can become 12 different ones with a touch. Touch it to change it to one of 12 different tropical plants. DIY - Right Side Prefab (with wave & fall) - 12 prim. Area of land needed to anchor the offsim portion, 10x5 meters. 75% of this item is "off sim". At its longest it is 34m. At it's widest (rocks off sim) it is 18 meters.
DIY - Left Side Prefab (with wave and fall), - 14 prim. Area of land needed to anchor the offsim portion - 5x5 meters. 95% of this item is "off sim". At its longest it is 33.5m. At it's widest (rocks off sim) it is 17 meters.
