I updated this item because it was reported to me that it wasn't copy. It should have been but I've had to relist to make sure it's copy.
This offsim lush island with waterfalls allows you to visually widen your ocean view. This item is 18 prim and has copy / modify permissions.
I try to make most of the falls so you dont have to terraform, please have a look. Many places don't allow terraforming which often makes a pool or waterfall look odd.
All of the Essence of Tranquility items have Copy / Modify permissions. Any item may be modified to lessen the prim counts.

Not bad for the price
It is a bit smaller than I thought but that's why it's mod. I was easily able to make it a bigger size and retexture the grass part to match what I needed. 99L for this is a good buy.
