This icy winter theme item is a freestanding landscaped, dripping rock/waterfall. No need for a mountain or terraforming! The tranquility of this chilly waterfall can be appreciated 360 degrees around it.
The footprint for the waterfall is at least 17m x 13m.
The Essence of Tranquility items have Copy / Modify permissions. Any item may be modified to lessen the prim counts. BUT!! This item says "no modify"? Yes, but the reason is there is a sound that is "no modify". You ARE able to modify the build.
