Good Price Ratio, But Needs Improvement (Do-It-Yourself)
In difference to others I do not feel this house sooo small, since it easily takes standard living (I chose a Maya set), a little kitchen, average bedroom and a small bath (always remind the SL dollhouses are usually way too huge). This house fits even a standard 1024 parcel, with still a little garden around, and that's a big plus.
Only the interior is a bit ugly; the simple seamless white plaster is at a too large scale. But this is not a big problem - simply select face (all sides are properly unwrapped) and put different textures to the walls (also some rescaling/ repositioning is necessary). Already the Library sidings looks much better (a very rustic look would be the "Atoll" planks); or you put any other decent wallpaper - everything is better than the original. Also you can tint the framework of the doors (with a little knowlegde of scripting you could even implement your own wall changer)
So, as a conclusion: with a little own creative work and a bit of concentration you get a formidable home for this price. And it would even fit two avs - NLHs are not much bigger!
Awesome little house
I own thirty houses. I have a rental business and I include the tenant's choice of homes along with their chosen lot size.
I saw this for an amazingly low price and could not resist (my last home was $12,999). I rezzed it. It was small just like he said. I rezzed a second one and resized it to 64x59.4 just for fun. It became a really nicely sized house. The textures kept their clarity. The walls and doors did get kind of funky though. You might want to keep it somewhat smaller than I did.
I can't post the two houses sitting side by side, a me and mini-me look. Pretty amusing. But if you want to see them both side by side, IM me and I'll TP you to my personal rez deck for tenants to choose their homes to see for yourself.
The ad is spot on honest. You buy a small house, you get a small house. Shocking, I tell you.
And for the record, no one needs a bathroom or kitchen in SL. The little house is perfect for a person who want a low prim house with lots left over for landscaping.

Yes, it has two rooms and an alcove for a kitchen. A decent low prim house for the price, with modifiable textures.
