S&B Off Sim Water Mill Mesh

This is highly detailed MESH water mill or wind mill that is amazing for a off-sim look.

Looks outstanding out in the ocean view aka: sea side.....

Great for a Med-evil feel or look but also perfect for any rustic look.

The mill wheel at the top is fully animated to spin to give you that extra windy breeze straight off the ocean waters.

NOTE: All you have to do is drag and rez it from the folder it comes to you from and simply go into your transparency mode to grab a hold of the invisible box it's linked to so you can move it in place.

Depending on your home type or where you wish to place it you may have to do some minor land terraforming.
