Usage:
Res your Cart on the ground.
Sit and have a pony sit on your cart
you are ready to go!
Access the Menu by clicking the Menu button on the front of the wagon.
Use the Menu to Capture RLV Criminals and Open/Close the Cell Door

Lights/Siren Control
The Lights Button controls the Lights. Push the button to turn the lights on and off, or use the menu.
The Siren Button controls the Siren. Push the button to turn the siren on and off, or use the menu.
Both can be turned on and off at the same time through the menu.

Using the Adboard
Simply select edit linked parts, select either side of the ad board and drop your texture in. it will be automatically loaded. Select Ad Board then Show from the menu to make your ad visable.

Customization:
Your Cruiser can be recolored from the menu. Simly open the menu, select recolor, the part you would wish to color or default to return everything to how it was.
