This is a Tattoo Layer EyeLiner that is fully Tintable
It is ONLY the Cat EYE tattoo not the eye shadow or piercings shown in the pictures
Best used on Firestorm of v2 or v3 coded viewers
Also Set EyeLashes to 0 and use Prim or Mesh Lashes for best looks
Its my first crack at making any sort of Make up so im setting it to a low price ..i spent quite awhile working on it to get it to a reasonable quality that i would even wear ALL the time ...its carefully drawn and blended to be as flawless as possible
