**PLEASE NOTE** - This building is UNFURNISHED

A Nice Basic Rural Cottage with a footprint of 19m x 19m. Lockable Door and on/off fire. Smoking chimney completes the build.

I have purposely kept the prims to a minimum whilst allowing the facility for you to change textures to suit your tastes.

The whole build is copy modify so you can play around with textures to suit your theme and remove Items if you don't want them.
