SCD Chic Store - With Megas(Boxed)

Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Chic store prefab. I want to start this off by mentioning that this store is offered in three basic packages the No mega prims pack the with mega prims pack and the fat pack which is a compilation of both packs.

Of the first two there are three variations in each pack I have done this to offer you a variety of style and prim usage to best fit your parcel and land. It is also important to note that this store has been developed to fit on a 4096 square meter property.

With mega prims

110 prims no shelf cubbyhole’s no back room
123 prims no shelf cubbyholes yes back room
143 prims yes shelf cubbyholes yes back room

Without mega prims

128 prims no shelf cubbyhole’s no back room
141 prims no shelf cubbyholes yes back room
161 prims yes shelf cubbyholes yes back room

The Mega prims on the mega prim version account for only the floor and ceiling which are the only mega prims used. I have done this because there are some landlords and some players who do not like mega prims and those who do this gives you the option to have both or one or the other because I hope for everyone to enjoy my items.
