Great look! Terribly high landimpact.
Each pieces of this place takes around 5~40LI. The biggest one will be both the bodega itself and the checkout counter. The building itself is 49LI, and the check out counter is 40LI. The fridge is 21LI too.
This is probably the best looking bodega I've seen, but you really have to sacrifice a lot of prims for it unless you plan on not using what comes with the fatpack.

Really wanted to like this, just too many flaws
Awesome design! Held back by horrible flaws in the mesh that make this feel amateurish.
