Thank you for your interest in my Type 1 lighted pillar!
The demo pillars are no modify; only the full versions are modifiable, therefore these demo versions can't be resized.
These pillars are 6m tall by 1.4m wide and deep, but can be resized to just about any size you could want, from very small to absolutely enormous. They will stay at 3 land impact to a huge, unusable height, at which point the land impact will begin to rise. The pillars have the permissions of copy and mod, and you can disassemble them by unlinking them if you like.
The lighting system is very easy to use: simply click on the pillar and you will be presented with menus that give you a wide array of options for turning the light on and off, the color, the glow, the amount of light output and so on.
The pillars are PBR textured with a high degree of detail and texture. Included are 3 shade levels of the concrete base and top, but if you decide the darkest pillar isn't dark enough, you can tint it in edit. I designed them so they'd look at home in a wide range of urban settings: cyberpunk, neo-gothic, dieselpunk, post-apocalyptic, or even just a modern, grungy urban setting.
Included with the pillars is a free sample of one of the kinds of neon signs I can make, and this design is what I use for my store logo. I will be offering more neon in my store, and I'm open to commissions too.

The full version of the pillars may show that they have "no modify" permissions, but this is only due to one of the scripts in the pillar being no modify. You can modify the pillar as you could any object with modify permissions.
In order to keep the LI (land impact) as low as possible, the lowest LOD (level of detail) levels have been removed from this product. This is a common practice now, and in order to see the mesh properly, you should have your LOD set to 3 or above.
As with all PBR textured items, you need a PBR enabled viewer to view these textures.
