This club is 98% ready to go. The only thing missing is a shoutcast/icecast receiver. Throw that up and you're ready to party.

Footprint is 33.5 X 93.2525 (8192 sqm parcel).

Setup is easy. The club consists of 3 linked sections. Instructions included for easy setup.

Features:
- Neon tube lights trim the exterior.
- Neon tube lights trim the large windows and the front windows.
- Ballroom also features neon lights
- Ballroom has overhead lighting.
- Stage area features globe lights which you can place your own club logo on.

- Inside the main entrance are 16 light-up (full bright) signs which are controlled by a switch. I put band logos on them in my build, but you can put product ads, or whatever you want on them.
- Backstage area features overhead lighting and the club control panel, which controls all of the lighting in the club.
- The dance floor also illuminates. Place your logo on that too.
- The windows contain my default texture, but you can replace the textures with any alpha you wish. If you need some made, IM me inworld and I'll see what I can do.

- The front end of the club features an upstairs, which is also lit. I use it as a VIP lounge and a place to put the DJ scheduling board.

It took 3 weeks and about 120 hours for me to assemble, script, and test this place, so for only L$199, it a STEAL!

- For a club this size, its fairly low prim too (277).
