[SD] Elegant Boathouse

Beautiful mesh, roughly 17.5 x 20.5 meters, to give plenty of room for 2 medium sized motor boats.

- 2 Owner/Group/Everyone set Garage type doors.
[You can manual ADJUST to stretch the doors properly to bring them down further towards the water level. Basic SL skills needed for this action but I tried to add a photo in these photos to show how to.]

- 1 Back door to access your boats from land.

- Big windows that run on both sides and back side to surely show off what you got stored inside to on lookers.

*Some areas may require terraforming when rezzing into water. (Check before purchasing if you have terraforming rights or your land management if you can get help with this.)

- Stucco Walls that is Modify, so you can Tint most of the trim and walls (not all of course). (Basic SL Skills required and knowing how to Edit Link/Select Face and Tint a must know before attempting this! Plenty of Youtube tutorial videos out there showing this simple process. :))
