[SEFF] Cloak

I'm very impressed with this cloak; it looks great, and it's cheap! I did need to remove tail, ears, and mane, but I pretty much expected to need to do that. The avvie isn't diminished at all.

This fits the EP ponies (Mero) perfectly and looks great. I had to take my tail off otherwise it poked through in a weird place. It looks correct like my tail is under there. I look really cute wearing it too.
