SELO GARDEN 1 (SLX)

Hello and thank you for your interest in my SELO GARDEN 1 creation.

GENERAL: This is designed and built to use in a variety of ways. You can attach it to your existing house and have a back yard or you can use the trees in your yard as you like. They are not attached to the platform so you can easily move them or make copies. There is a platform under the trees and it is 25mx40m (75'x120'). There is also a nice garden wall with one side open.

REZZING: It is in a Rez-Faux package and it is very easy to rez it. Just place the rez-box in the middle of the area you want to place the garden on and click Rez. You can move the whole garden around by moving the rez-box before you save it. When you are happy with its location just click Save.

CONTENTS: The following are the contents of the package:
1. A picture of the garden,
2. A notecard (This notecard),
3. A grassy platform with a brick wall,
4. 21 various beautiful trees. (01-Acai, 02-Arecaceae, 03-Bamboo, 04-Banana, 05-Beech, 06-Bougainvillier, 07-Cycas, 08-Dracena, 09-Elm, 10-Eucalyptus, 11-Eucalyptus2, 12-Flamboyant, 13-Ginger, 14-Jacaranda, 15-Japanese Maple Green, 16-Japanese Maple Red, 17-Jubaea, 18-Oak, 19-Pine, 20-Rose, 21-Sagebrush.)

PRIMS: Each tree/plant is 1 prim. (SCULPTED PRIMS ARE USED!)
PERMISSIONS: COPY/MOD-NO TRANSFER

They are phantom so they won't be a problem for the people walking around them. Pls don't link them to your home.

Full perms (Copy/Mod/Transfer) version is also available for builders. I hope you will enjoy them!
