Hello and thank you for checking my SELO MALL 1 V1.0.
This is an 8-store shopping mall. When you rez multiple stores on the same SIM, you must change the device channels so they won't interact with one another. To do that, right click on Store... Edit... Edit Linked Part...Click on Main Controller...Content...Controller Config...Device Channel: 9341 through 9348)
You must change this number to any other number like... 9241...9242...9243...9244, etc.
Then you must change the device channels on other things controlled by the main controller with the same device channel as the new device channel on the main controller as well (radio, door, lights, security). You must repeat that for all 8 stores.
The Mall is Copy/Mod No Transfer. So you can change textures or colors as you like. If you mess it up by mistake just rezz a fresh copy.
You can change the logo on the flag with your own and add your store name on the sign on top of the roof.
I have included a box in the corner outside by the Admin Office door that has 25 display stands/tables for you to use in your stores. They are all copy/mod/transfer so you can resize, change colors or textures and give them to the store owners as you like.
I have also added wall clocks in the stores and they show SL time.

The MALL comes in a Rez-Faux package so it is very simple to rez.
All notecards about the parts of the store control system are included in the package.

NOTECARD FOR THE MALL OWNERS
You must add store owners on the controllers in their stores as OWNER so they can use their stores right!
PRIMS:
Mall main structure: 497 prims 8 stores including all extras linked to the stores (62 prims per store, 10 prims per floor only!) (Potted plants in the mall hallways are not included in that figure as you may choose to remove them!)
Each yard w/tree: 13 prims (x4=52 prims)
Each exterior corner w/tree: 12 prims (x4=48 prims)
Admin Office: 19 prims
Plant: 8 prims
Display Stands: 1-3 prims
GENERAL:
It is a large structure: 120x120m=14,400sqm (155,000sqf). It was a real challenge for me to build, link and box it. You should feel really lucky as you just have to buy and start using it! :-)
The mall has 8 separate stores
Each store has 6 storeys
Each store has a clock that can be set to any time zone by selecting the moving hands and rotating around slowly, carefully!
Do not try to resize the mall as mega prims used in it will be messed up! You can however change the textures and colors.
Main platform under the mall is 100x100x1m and it is 1 prim
8 different palm trees are used, all copy so you can make as many copies as you like.
There are 12 different potted plants all copy/mod.
Light posts with touch on/off feature
Store owners can control lights, radios, security, doors via the controllers or by directly clicking on them.
There is a blinking light on top of the Admin Office for deco.
There is a bench and a planter that you can also make more copies and use where you like.
There are stairs and TPs between floors
Another TP system is set up to travel between Main Gates, Mall Square and the Admin Office on the Roof
You can place your own logo on exterior walls where it says SELO MALL 1 and also on the flag on the roof of the Admin Office and store owners can place their names and logos where it says YOUR LOGO
REZZING
If you want to place each store on a separate parcel, then divide the land (20x40m) for each store and place the mall then. (Recommended!)
Place the template in the middle of your land and create 8 parcels for 8 stores (each one is 20mx40m) Drawings on the template will help you to spot the right locations of the stores.
You may choose to place the whole mall on one single parcel and place separate prim counters into each store but they will not have their own private media then. (Not recommended!)
Place the rezzer in the middle of the land you will install the mall on.
Click on it and select rez. It is a large structure so please give it enough time until it is completely rezzed before you use it.
It will rez the main mall building w/landscaping and 1 rezzer for the admin office on top of the mall.
When you are happy with the location of the mall, just click on the rezzer for the Admin Office on top of the roof (in the middle) and rez the admin office.
Do not save mall or the Admin Office until you are happy with their locations. If you want to derez them before you save, derez the Admin Office first and then derez t
