Hi and thank you for your interest in my SELO MALL 4 v1.0. Please find the information about this creation below and feel free to contact me with any questions or if you need any further information. This is the build that cost me the most Lindens, time and effort to build but I enjoyed building it. I hope you will enjoy using it too. :-)

Device channel: 1984 (The mall controler and all the items controled by the controler (must) have the same Device channel!)

GENERAL:
This is a single shopping mall designed to be used as one large store. It is two-storey. There is an admin office on the roof with some basic furniture in it.
There are TPs already set up for people to travel around the mall easily.
Outside is some nice yard with some flowers and palm trees. Some nice potted plants are also placed inside. You can find potted plants placed inside and flowers placed outside in the box “PLANTS” provided to you in the rez box. It will rez outside GATE A when you rez SELO MALL 4.
I have added 30 display stands&tables made from different materials for you so you can display your stuff on them. They are in the box “DISPLAYS”. It will rez inside GATE A .
I have tried to use only the best textures I could get in SL.
A sitting bench has also been placed outside each GATE.
Two main doors are concertina doors and I set them like, click… opens/click … closes. They stay open or closed until they are clicked again. Two side doors are revolving doors to give the mall a more realistic appearance.
Each light post is 2 prims and you can add more or take some of them to save prims.
You can place your business logo on the signs where it says “SELO MALL 4” and you can also add your own logo on the flag on top of the ADMIN OFFICE.
The beautiful interior stairs are also added for both decoration and use as an option to the TPs.
There is a “central mall control system” with which you can control all the lights, security orb, concertina doors and the radio.
There is a large chandelier hanging from the middle of the mall ceiling.
There are 4 working clocks in the mall, two upstairs and two downstairs and they show the SL time.
After you have rezzed and saved your mall, you may want to unlink the palm trees and the potted plants and make them phantom so they won’t be a problem for people walking/flying around.

ADMIN OFFICE (85 prims):
It is an 8mx8m office placed on the roof top of the mall. It has the following items: 1 desk, 3 chairs, 1 sofa, 2 coffee tables, 3 plants, 1 welcome mat, 1 rug, 1 painting, 1 clock (showing SL time), 3 ceiling lights, 1 desk blotter, 1 central mall controler, 1 radio, 1 security orb.

MALL CONTROLER: It has two pages of menu and you can switch pages by clicking on “More”. On the first page of the menu, you will see “*DOORS*, TINTING WINDOWS, TEXTURING WINDOWS, SASHA WINDOWS, BLINDS, CURTAINS, *LIGHTS*” and on the second page of the menu, you will see “FIRES, *SECURITY SYSTEMS*, TP SYSTEMS, *ADMIN*, *USER 1*, *USER 2*, etc, *RADIO*”. The ones between asteriks are active for your SELO MALL 4 and the notecards with detailed information are also placed into the rez box.
Device channel in the Main Controler is: 1984 and if, for some reason, you need to rez a second SELO MALL 4 on the same SIM, you need to change this information in the Main Controler and in the items controled by the Main Controler.
-DOORS: Click and you will see Door 1 (GATE A-concertina doors), Door 2 (GATE B-concertina doors), and Door 3 (Admin Office door). You can open-close/lock-unlock the doors via this menu. (You can also operate these items by directly clicking on the doors!)
-LIGHTS: Click, you will see Light 1 (1st floor lights), Light 2 (2nd floor lights), Light 3 (roof-top lights), and Light 4 (admin office lights). You can turn these lights on-off through this menu. (You can also operate these items by directly clicking on the lights!)
-SECURITY SYSTEMS: The security orb is located in the center of the Admin Office ceiling and it is already set to protect inside of your mall (not the yards outside!). You can turn security orb on-off using this menu. (You can also operate this item by directly clicking on the security orb!)
-ADMIN: You can add/remove people as administrator to the Mall Controler. An administrator can change all the functions of the Central Mall Control System.
-USER 1: / USER 2: / etc.: You can add/remove people here as users. Users will have limited rights.

RADIO: You can click RADIO on the main controler and click “ON” to turn on the radio. You can click on the radio and select type of music you like to listen to “i.e. DANCE” then click a station under DANCE “i.e. AmDance” to listen to. Please remember that some radio stations may not be working all the time. You can add a radio
