[SELVA] Chronal Accelerator

A functioning Chronal Accelerator based on Tracer's one from Blizzard's video game Overwatch.

Wearable animated Chronal Accelerator model. The rings glow and pulsate when the abilities are used. There is also an invisible option if you don't like how it looks.

Includes functioning abilities:
1. Blinking ability that works in 4 directions
2. Recall ability for the last 10 seconds
3. Animated HUD to show remaining blinks.

Includes sound effects for each numbered blink, unavailable ability sounds, recall sound, etc.

The model is made of prims, yes, but the rings are animated really smoothly with trigonometry magic. They could be combined with something better if you have another model you'd prefer to use. Just hide the basic metallic base part and it should work well.
