In purchasing any full-perm animation from SEmotion Studio, you are agreeing to the following conditions:

1) You will not resell the animations or poseballs individually.

2) None of these animations will be traded amongst fellow builders/friends with copy/tranfer permissions.

3) None of these animations will be sold with copy/transfer permissions.

4) You will not include the animations in any full permissions format, including 'buisness in a box', 'reseller's kits', or freebie boxes.

5) You will only use the animations within furniture created by you.

6) You will not attempt to portray the animations as your own creation in any way.

7) You will not export my animations out of Second Life with the intent to use them in any manner on another simulator, MMO. Nor are you authorized to make 'backup copies' of my animations outside of Second Life.

Any violation of these rule will result in a DMCA submission by me to Linden Lab. This can result in these animations being pulled from your inventory and all products sold with them could be deleted from the grid. This includes permissions being set wrongly in builds. Lack of knowledge is not an excuse and will still result in action being taken.
