This is a Rare version. Which means it includes more animations and it includes accessories. Those accessories are a flower crown or crown of flowers, a prize ribbon, a butterfly, and a bed.
All these accessories are in the hud where they can be turned on and off as buttons. You can have none, one, more than one, or even all four accessories on at once. They are not packaged as separate objects (with the exception of them being in a hud).
This product was not made by me. I may only have one copy. This was distributed by a Gacha replacement.

If you are new to SL then I will try to explain. You will need to open an object. Move the contents of the object to your inventory. Right click on items you want to use. Then left click on Add. -- You may want to find an area that allows Rez. Drag this object from your inventory to the ground. Now you can right click the object and left click on content. Inside content you can click and hold on the folder icon then drag the folder into another folder in your inventory.
