Hud included. Rare, Ultrarare, and Special have more expansive Huds. The more expansive Hud allows you to have a Cat and change accessories on your Gothic friend.
If you are new to SL then I will try to explain. You will need to open an object. Move the contents of the object to your inventory. Right click on items you want to use. Then left click on Add. -- You may want to find an area that allows Rez. Drag this object from your inventory to the ground. Now you can right click the object and left click on content. Inside content you can click and hold on the folder icon then drag the folder into another folder in your inventory.
