The Cindy dress comes from a boutique designer Unique Moonsoo. I had a chance to work with her a few times and she made fun, sophisticated clothes that could be multitasked into several looks.
This outfit could be worn as 2 types of dress, a swimsuit or pair it with your favorite mesh items to create a fashionable look.

This dress was tested to work on a BoM enabled Maitreya Mesh body. Mesh items including pants in the photo not included.
