☆ Size : 2 Land impact + (depending on the size)
☆ Modifiable & Copiable | No Transferable

☆ Menu on left click for the item owner only.
☆ Colors can be adjusted via the object's edit window.
♦ To configure the notecard : Right click on the object to go into the edit window, then find the content tab and you will see there are 2 scripts and a notecard named "Configuration". Open the notecard to edit
♦ Replace the text by what you want. Keep 1 line per panel. Save the NC, do not change its name.
♦ To modify the text in the center of each panel : Right click on the object and into the edit window -> check the box "Select face" -> Left click on the front faces of panels.
♦ You will have to create & import your own textures for the Text.

fyi : Objects are modifiable but rarely their content is, for example scripts are never modifiable.

Lower LI and price than other products

This one was lower price and land impact than other similar products, but it gives SLURLs in Local chat (people might not find it, or complain that they have to open chat to click a link instead of Sit/auto-teleport). The customer service was excellent! The creator is super nice and came to help me, because it is face sensitive (you have to put your teleport textures on the side that says, 'Your Texture Here'), because I'm a dumdum and put it on the wrong side. lol They even changed the teleport message to a custom one for me. I do recommend this product, if you don't mind the SLURL teleport system.
