Full perms Star Trek Beyond Transporter from Yorktawn.
PLEASE NOTE:
The transporter inside have 17 prims, each buttons on the hologram screen is prepared to have some basic teletransportation script system, you can remove all ^^
Feel free to make it works!
No scripts inside except holografic screen

Exactly what I was looking for. A beautiful piece of mesh, very well done! Not scripted as mentioned in the description but easy to edit to one's need. Five stars, also for the low price.
