the Eden top is invisible

hello I just bought a top and the problem the Eden top is invisible. I wrote to the designer who answered me I will correct, but never received anything haha, I am very disappointed and I do not recommend you buy a product when the designer doesn't care about the dissatisfied customer.. so 699ls why to see invisible tops lool
