Hi this products was made for Omega Mesh Heads and inside of his folder you will find also the tattoo layers for Classic SL av.
Remember to Apply an OMEGA Makeup you need to have an OMEGA relay, and you will find this Relay on OMEGa market Place https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/133475

IF unpacking it you don´t get the applier because of SIM lag please just Rez the products on floor and all things will work nicely :D
