It's okay, albeit a bit blurry
The texture of each separate clothing-layer are confusingly blurry in some parts, but especially with a heavy focus on the panties-layer and the bottom-part for the jacket-layer.
You can somewhat already spot it in the image it's sold with above these reviews on the third model (as shown without the sculpted prim) to the right, looking closer at just above the belt. Had such a detail been any more clearer I'm sure that I might have felt deterred from buying it.
On the other hand, it's a sweater, you can combine it with plenty other clothing to try make it work and the blurry details might be more easily negligible.

It looks great without the ruffles at the bottom, but you don't need 'm to wear this tunic.

Very nice tunic! The only thing I don´t like is the folds attachment, but you don´t need to use that. Without it I think this tunic rocks. And the price is ubeatable. Five stars from me!
