Emblems on both the Shirt and Pants meshes are scripted, they control the glow blinking and color changes while you talk in local chat.
Colors are changed depending on what is said in local chat.
Example: Cuss words change emblems black then slowly revert back to their default color (Notecard included of all words recognized)
