The outdoor area is 10x10 with a 3.5x9 size deck and about a 6.5x9 grass space. The porch area is elevated by .5 to give a step up into the main area.
The main area is 10x20, but can easily be divided into two living spaces. One corner makes a great entertainment area, well-suited for couches and a television. The other corner makes a great nook for a home office.
The closed-off area is designed for bedroom use. It has a frosted glass window imbedded in the wall to give a more open feel without the invasion of privacy.
The roof remains flat for any additional builds or to offer room for parties. With the build housing area being 4meters tall, it is an easy leap to the roof.
