First, the good: This weapon looks beautiful. It's got so much detail and and truly quality craftsmanship. There are great features and the animations are fantastic. And it works very well too. It's easily worth double what it costs.
And now, the even better: I did have a couple of issues with the gun -- a few things that made an otherwise wonderful weapon not quite suit my personal needs. I contacted the designer and mentioned them, trying to find out if there were solutions. The customer service was as good as it gets. He took a lot of time to understand my issues and did everything needed to solve them. I've had other store owners help me and provide good service, but this one went way above and beyond to make things just right for me. I can't stress enough how impressed I am with both the product and the customer service!
