I really enjoy this product, it works great. Only trouble is that it is no copy, it was stolen from me. I wish I could get a redelivery :(
Non existent customer support
The stream info shows an http timeout error for every station at my venue. I submitted a support ticket as instructed at the SHX web site with no response. I submitted another to one of the other named support people and offered to pay for a site visit. No response. No response to IMs. I spent several thousand L$ with SHX and expected better. I'll update the rating if/when someone eventually gets back to me.
not to par
having always been a fan of SHX I was a little less than impressed with this for one reason. A HUGE lack of radio stations. The list clearly needs to be updated by the programmers as only two stations work.
Swift delivery, easy setup
Even with all the mishaps that are going on in SL right now, this was delivered within 2 minutes of purchasing it. Setting up requires reading of the online manual, because you really need that MCD. And then I simply added my own radio stream channel to the radio list notecard and voila! Easy peasy!
The flames theme was the perfect finishing touch to the setup! Perfect for any heavy metal biker bar! :)
