Best Receiver and Best Customer Service
Hi,
I am using SHX Receiver and products from years without having any issue. Manual came along with the products was good enough to setup and SHX Team was always a life saver for me as I lost these items two times in last 3 years and this time also i got a new updated boxed product again after showing transaction details. That was pretty simple to fill up support notecard and I was impressed with Kareen (SHX Team) dedication to help me with products at even I stay on different time zone

Is a great product.
I lost it a year ago or more and today the creator, after was long time away resended me a new one, nobody is perfect and everybody can suffer unconvenients and be forced to keep away of sl but hes a good guy and im happy with my board.
No customer Support
I've tried for weeks to get someone to assist me with an issue. I've tried IM'ing the owner and his support rep, I've used the online contact pages, I've sent notecards, I've even tried to reach out to the support reps girlfriend/wife to NO AVAIL. I've bought numerous shoutcast devices from this company over the years, but I'm completely frustrated and unhappy with the lack of customer support for this issue.
Uesd to be the best but due to customer support I wouldn't recommend to anyone!
I've been a loyal purchaser of SHX products for years...I have almost everything they make for clubs. Recently since November the SHX brand boards seem to have issues with fading the stream in and out on both songs and voice overs. Everything this works fine on other boards and placing the stream directly in the land and it does it with more than one stream provider so I had done my due diligence and narrowed it down to something the was being caused by SHX.
I submitted a support request on the website providing all the asked for information...waited two weeks and heard nothing. I then sent a NC to the Saii Hallard and waited another week. After hearing nothing from him I sent a NC to all of the members of his group listed as support. It's been yet another week and I've still heard nothing.
I used to love the product...in fact none compare to the features these boards have but the maker and his staff have become complacent and will as such receive no more of my hard earned money.

This board is amazing since it has all the features as the big ones except with less prims. I love that it is only 23 prims and the djs can log into it easily and its compatible with everything. The install was quick and easy.
