Very nice structure. I purchased an older model that was missing some features. The builder helped me and updated my model. Huge and open for nice homes.
Not bad at all. This is good skyscrapper. You may ad more floors, so it's editable. An rent every floor to two merchants. I have it rezzed in my quarter of sim and it's just the best building arround. :)
