The SI-234 LUXURY CONDOMINIUM TOWER is a modern and tall skyscraper primarily created for residential and personal uses. It was built out of skill, experience and a strong influence in modern and futuristic skyscrapers.
The lobby is grand and is complete with modern furnishings: a Reception desk, chair, an aquarium with animated moving fish, and plants (All of which are COPY/MOD to add yet more customization options)
It stands at 135 meters tall and has a footprint of 35x30m, and 701 prims of exceptional detail.
A Built-In TP system will allow you instant travel from the lobby to any floor with no need to set anything up.
6 Very large floors ideal for impressive residential space at 20m in height each for freedom of movement and privacy.
Each floor has a balcony on either side of the building, with a lockable door.
Each location can be accessed by the lobby teleporter.
The lobby desk also features a multi functional LCD Computer which responds to owner voice commands.
