The SI-240 ARC TOWERS BLACK EDITION are pair of modern landmark skyscrapers.
Modern and original architecture inspired by various landmark buildings from across the world.
They stand at 225 meters tall and have a footprint of 128x25m (3200 sq.m. wide).
1885 prims of detail, complete with a hud controlled lighting system as well as animated moving wind turbines also hud controlled.
A built-in TP system is ready the instant the towers are rezzed.
Both towers rez from one object ready to explore and modify.
It features 8 very large Suites varying in sizes floor to floor, each with 18m Height each for freedom of movement and easy modification.
There is also 1 large multi-floor penthouse suite as well as a skydeck lounge area with a small open balcony and walkway tubes to cross into opposite building.
The lobby desk also features a multi functional LCD Computer, which responds to owner voice, commands.
