This house has been painstakingly built by me to ensure that business owners can have an inexpensive, but well-built home. The prim count for this beautiful addition to you land is just 38 prims and the foot print is about 10m by 10m! I have a lovely ladder that you can climb up or down to get to your place. Just simply click the ladder to show the pose ball, and then sit on the ball to climb. There is a ball at the base and top of the ladder. Do not be afraid of falling through the hole in the floor; I have an invisible prim there to prevent that from happening.

If you wish to lower the prim count further, you can remove anything you deem necessary. Note that the house itself is COPY/MODIFY; you can customize it however you like!
