This home has been painstakingly built by me to ensure that residents can have an inexpensive, but well-built home. The prim count for this little beauty is just 23 prims!
This version has a blue door frame, doors, and window frame; the front and rear fascia are also blue.
If you have any questions, please feel free to send me an IM or notecard, no question is too dumb. I will also do custom builds for people. If you wish to lower the prim count further, you can remove anything you deem necessary. Note that the house itself is COPY/MODIFY; you can customize it however you like!
**Please check in-world as there will be a furnishing set for this little hut! This will also be a great addition to the SJ 4th of July Promo Set.
