This home has been painstakingly built by me to ensure that residents can have an inexpensive, but well-built home. I also included in this build some RL home essentials that you would expect to have in a house (bathroom and kitchen furnishings, ceiling fans). You can remove these from the home if it suits your fancy Since the whole house is Mod/Copy. The prim count is as follows:
