I made this skirt inspired by this Harper Valley PTA song about hypocritical counsels declaring this mother's mini skirt was too short and she wasn't fit to rear her teen daughter. In retaliation, the mother attended the PTA meeting, wearing her short mini skirt, to unveil all the dirty secrets of the PTA members. Quite hilarious!
