SKS Eyeshadow HUD for .:C:. Felis Versão 2.2

This hud allows you to add eyeshadow to your Cerberus Felis Head, using the head's built in eyeshadow layer. You can choose from 30 different colors!

Also included Bakes On Mesh layers, though this will require you to either have the head texture of the felis mod you are using, or an AUX1 clothing layer from the mod's maker. Full instructions included for BoM option.
