I sell other sizes too. The larger is, better view is! :) When rezzed on your land, the prims count only on your land even if larger size.
Included an ocean floor with same size (1prim) so you can go into ocean without falling. Not linked to the ocean water so you free to chose to put it or not.
I did it for my own use first and finally found the result was spectacular so im offering it to you now :)

Nothing special, not worth the price
Just 2 megaprims, one with an animated water texture. Nothing extraordinary, wish I had noticed it was no copy before purchasing absolutely not worth it for a No Copy item.
