One tie equivalent to seven.
(Tie include seven textures)
Just wear the tie,
Use Arrows of SL edit tools to position correctly the tie in your avatar.
To change texture:
Just click on the tie. Texture is choosed randomly, it is possible you need to click serveral times to choose the one you like.
If circle around neck you give it some visible in your avatar click on it to choose same texture too.
