The mask includes a menu driven resizing script to help fitting your face size.
Wear the mask and click it to obtain the resizing menu options. It's possible to scale, rotate and move either the whole mask or single prims.
The SS version of the masks includes Breath sound and Smoke particles.

Great mask, the only downside to it is I couldn't modify it to fit the ideal. I still use it because it looks great but wish it was mod.
