[SLCI] Metal Textures Pack 01 Version 1

This pack contains 40 kinds of metal textures in total. The textures are mainly 512x512 apart from some, like the pillars, which are different in size. There is also 2 sizes of the rust texture for usage as needed. All textures are set to full permissions.
